Our staff brings you decades of medical support experience. At Dr. Susan Biegel’s office the entire staff goes through recurrent training on a number of topics in order to serve you better. From our friendly greeting to our treatment procedures you’ll feel like you’re visiting friends, not just going to the Doctor.
Our policy is to apply our training to support your needs while being friendly, caring, and as concerned about your health as you are. We know you want more than just answers so we're committed to providing you with more than just an office visit.
Our medical assistants are interested in your needs and will listen to you in order to help the Doctor offer you better treatments and more focused attention to your concerns. One of our staff services is the phone conversation that helps you decide your next step and decide on options as well as the timing for an office visit.
